You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Dash complies with all applicable laws and the terms of any third-party platforms you use.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and workspace.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including connected organizations, API credentials, webhooks, and integrations.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to Dash or another user's workspace.
• Abuse, overload, or disrupt our infrastructure.
• Use Dash for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.
• Upload malicious software or interfere with our services.
• Circumvent usage limits or security protections.

Integrations

Dash supports integrations with Roblox, Discord, Vault, Parcel, webhooks, and other third-party services.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have permission to connect and use those services.

Dash is not responsible for the availability or actions of third-party services.

Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, updates, outages, or third-party issues may temporarily affect Dash.

Intellectual Property

All software, branding, designs, documentation, and other content provided by Dash remain the property of Dash unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or resell Dash without written permission.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Dash if:

• These Terms are violated.
• Your activity threatens the security or stability of the platform.
• Required by law.

You may stop using Dash at any time.

Disclaimer

Dash is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every third-party service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dash shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Dash after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
